Totally fantastic from start to finish. New airflow heating installed and had no idea what to expect in this process. From initial survey to work being completed i couldn't of wished for a more friendly and professional team. Shane, John and the rest of team (who's names i didn't get) you've all done a perfect job, looked after me in making sure i had some form of heat quick and totally cleaning up after yourselves. Right from the very first phone call with Dean, we have been very very pleased with everything Airco have done. Dean was very helpful and professional from first contact to completion. Everyone involved from Shane who came to do our survey and check we were happy with the install, through to John and his team who installed our new heating system, they were all very helpful and professional and I would recommend to anyone.

Great work carried out last week by Shane and John ,very helpful and clean and tidy every day. The electrician's were very good aswell ,everything was explained in great detail, left them to it with current situation.would highly recommend. Even when I have called the office Dean is very helpful and very friendly. I appreciated the call when the work got put back at the beginning of this situation to check I had heating. 20 years ago Airkool fitted an air conditioning unit in our conservatory. Their engineers were friendly, polite, professional and respected my property. The unit they fitted has worked flawlessly for those 20 years, and we have used it a lot keeping us cool in the summer and warm in the winter, but now the conservatory is being changed we no longer need the it. A quick call to Airkool and they gave me a price for de-gassing, removing and recycling the old unit which I was very happy with, and within two weeks sent their engineer and his apprentice to remove it. Once again, both were professional, friendly, polite and respectful of my property keeping any mess to a minimum and clearing up when finished. They even put a tempory repair in the hole left by the pipework, saving me the job until the new solid roof and framed conservatory was installed. They were a credit to the company. I can't praise Airkool enough, everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of installing such a product.

Excellent service. The engineer that came to do the installation was efficient, polite and a credit to the company.

We have been using CAM for the last 5years, CAM have been absolutely brilliant on all the works they have carried out for us. We wouldnt use any other company 5 star service. All the engineers that have attended our site have shown great knowledge and skills of the AC systems from repairs to servicing. The engineers have a great work ethic, they always work hard and always keep you updated on how the works are going. BRILLIANT SERVICE.
