Andy and his team were brilliant I've now used their services twice for installations into different properties service is fantastic neat tidy efficient and very good value for money and I'd have no hesitation in calling them and again.

Impact have been a great supplier from the first contact with Jamie who provided real insights about requirements and listened carefully. The whole engagement process was professional and gave me confidence that his team cared about customer service. The install process was first class and the team were tidy, courteous and professional. I did experience a small problem with one of the indoor units, which was a Mitsubishi problem, but Jamie took ownership and engaged with them on my behalf to get this resolved quickly and efficiently. I’m glad I chose Impact for the work as their pre-sales, install and after sales service to date has been brilliant and I would recommend them to anyone considering aircon in their house. Thanks again Jamie.

We had air conditioning put into our bedroom and home office by Jamie's team at the start of August and the whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. We got a very clear quote and potential start dates quickly. They were lovely, really efficient and super tidy. They made sure we had the apps on our phones and talked us through how to use it. With our weather on the change and energy prices soaring, it was time to improve our temperature control with a more energy efficient system. So we looked at installing an aircontioning unit which would both heat and cool using a modern power inverter system After discussing our needs with Ian, who advised us of possible solutions, we went on to select Ian for competitive pricing, leading product and we're rewarded with a trouble free installation. We now feel prepared for the upcoming weather with our more energy-efficient system. Will consider heat exchangers going forward. Thanks Ian.
