A pleasant plumber well experienced and came promptly at the time he said he would. He did not waste time and got on with the job of curing the leak in the water supply to the toilet tank leaving the place clean and tidy before departing. Brilliant service received again from Prestige Plumbers. This is a company with a highly professional approach to customer service and quality of work, and all at a reasonable price. My shower pump broke down and caused an almighty mess then lovely Jamie arrived and saved the day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and sorted everything out and explained exactly what he was doing and gave excellent advice. He also replaced my leaky kitchen tap and carried all the necessary parts with him. What more can I say – just a brilliant and dedicated worker and very friendly and polite. A first-rate customer experience.

Having attempted to contact a number of local plumbers because my heating system had thrown a wobbly and been met with absolutely NO response, it was fantastic that not only could I actually speak with a very nice lady instead of leaving an answerphone message, but the response was virtually instantaneous and the problem was cleared at a very reasonable price within a couple of hours. Now THAT'S what I call service.

Arrived early and gave prompt, and acceptable quote for job. Repair was carried promptly with minimum of interference to client. Work area was left clean, tidy and ready for instant use.

I Gas fitted a new ball valve in my water tank a few days ago, and from the booking of the job until the completion they were faultless, the engineer was punctual, polite and left the site clean and tidy. I can highly recommend them and will defiantly be using I gas again for any plumbing or heating works.

Bert and the Igas team saved me a lot of time and money this week. Their professionalism and reliability shone through as they were able to guide me through picking the right boiler and installing quickly and efficiently 5/5 service!
