We had almost given up on contractors when we came across KRP Cooling Solutions. Basically, Paul did what he said he would do - surveyed the site, gave us a quote, listened to our needs, responded to emails, gave advice when asked, kept us updated, turned up on time and did a neat job - even cleaned up after himself! If you need air-con, give Paul a call - we'd definitely recommend his services.

Paul and Dave arrived when they said, did what they promised and kept everything a clean and tidy as possible. Paul came straight back when we thought there was an issue and checked it was okay. A decent honest business.

Recently had my commercial fridge fail, made a call to Paul and he was out to fix the problem in a flash, excellent service at excellent prices will be using for all future refrigeration needs.

Excellent service, used them twice now. Relocated an outdoor unit and also installed a split system with multiple indoor units. Very polite installers, very little disruption and they cleaned up after themselves. The back office staff are very good too, tech support/design team and accounts - all very helpful and friendly. Very few specialists want to touch private AC/heat pump installations so I cannot recommend Chillaire enough.

Big thank you Jas from all of the team at BTPC Printers in Coventry, we now have some very cool people due to our multiple Air Con units. Service from first survey to installation was perfect and any questions were answered swiftly. Thanks Again.
