Keith and the lads have recently completed a major renovation of our Bungalow. This included knocking separate bathroom and toilet into one, new doors, floors, plaster walls, demolishing an old extension and creating a new modern one. We had used Keith for an extension our previous bungalow and didn’t even consider a different building company for this job, it was always going to be Keith. Keith was able to advise on all aspects of the job, building regulations, roof systems, underfloor heating , windows, bi-fold doors and roof lanterns. The new extension, including kitchen, dining living room, is fabulous. We love the roof lantern and bi-fold doors on the patio, all done by Keith’s lads. The standard off the work is excellent, from Gavin’s joinery and kitchen fitting to Dave & Ash’s building work, patio laying etc. We couldn't recommend them highly enough for any building work you're planning to have done. Trustworthy, genuine people who you won’t regret choosing.

First time we used Keith Pownall & Sons for a major bedroom refurbishment including levelling and installation of a new wooden floor. Very impressed with the excellent workmanship from Gavin and also his team of plasters, plumbers and electricians. So pleased with everything and all lovely people to work with. Will definately be using them again for future building work.

Great builders, used them on a few projects. Recent large scale full restoration/ rebuild and extension to original cottage. Really pleased. Definitely recommend for big or small projects.

We have just had a job finished by John and his team. The experience has been superb. We had two walls built, some new flagstones laid and an area around our pond dug up and relaid. The initial contact with John was very positive, and we received a quote promptly and a promise to start work early in the new year, which is exactly what happened. The delivery team led by Simon were thoroughly professional and worked extremely hard. Communication was excellent, and small changes to the original specification were accommodated. The work was completed within four days to a very high standard.

Superb from initial meeting with John, right the way through to the finished renovation. The whole team were professional throughout and there were numerous times that they went above and beyond what would be expected of a building company. John put us at ease throughout the planning process and worked with our structural engineer/architect to ensure that the work was done as required in a safe, clean manner, and the final cost was within a couple of percent of the initial quote. All round brilliant - would 100% recommend to anyone looking to have work done.

Really happy with all the work we have had done and it’s to a high quality standard 10/10 for us highly recommend.

H&S Construction built a new home for me in Altrincham - completed in 2021. Throughout the process I have found Javaid to be honest, professional and trustworthy. He guided me throughout the process, provided excellent advice to save costs and built a beautiful home. He has a team of skilled individuals who are friendly and very experienced. I recommend him 100%.

H&S built our home, they not only built it they managed the whole build leaving me stress free. Javed is friendly approachable and listens to your requirements. We have now instructed them again for an extension to our house. Would highly recommend.
