We recently had Air Cool Tech install three air conditioning units in our home. We were delighted with the process from initial contact to final installation and would happily recommend Kim and his team to others. We had quotes from different companies and found they were similar prices, but Air Cool Tech really stood out as being knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the work. Our impression is that Kim enjoys doing good aircon installs rather than just being a salesman. When it came to the installation, they turned up when they said they would, were tidy and friendly, and kept us fully informed. The work was meticulous, with neat finishing of cables, trunking and pipes, care taken to keep our house clean, and overall clearly drawing on deep experience of how to do the job well. If all contractors were this good, life would be much easier!

Mr Kim was great and gave some great advice on the size of aircon units and the positioning. On the day of installation, they were so professional and did a great job and they vacuumed the dust as they drilled and left our rooms clean and tidy, we really appreciated their attention to detail and the level of service. Thankyou again!
