Julian helped us with a cloakroom refurbishment; moving pipe work, replacing a toilet, sink and radiator, and also tiling. He was reliable, punctual, friendly, and was happy to work flexibly with our timescales. The quality of the work was excellent and pricing fair; we would absolutely recommend him and will contact him again for any future work we need doing. Thanks Julian.

Jules carried out a full refurb of our bathroom to an excellent standard. He was very friendly and consulted us on everything. The job took longer as our walls needed to be lined but Jules took it in his stride. He went above and beyond and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Julian responded really quickly to contact regarding a broken toilet. Gave advice on what was needed to replace it and attended on time to fit. Cleaned up and thoroughly tested afterwards.

We were really impressed by how quickly and professionally our issue was resolved. We needed a new kitchen tap fitted, and several other plumbers didn’t even respond. This company came out as soon as the part arrived. The plumber was polite, knowledgeable, and the price was very fair. We’ll absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.

What can I say apart from it doesn't let me give more than 5 stars. they even came to change my boiler on Saturday because they didn't want me to stay without hot water over the weekend. they did a great job. I Would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Ermal was fantastic. Really prompt, super knowledgable and a fair price. He fixed a leak from a saniflo and fitted a brand new one offering advice along the way. Would 100% recommend and use him again. Tomasz

A huge thank you to Jason and the whole Instaflame team for renovating our kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms. The team did a fantastic job across all trades, with great attention to detail. Jason was always available and we enjoyed the easy communication with him (having one point of contact for all workstreams made our life much easier). We also loved his problem solving attitude. They completed the works on time, and the team came quickly to fix the few snags. We will for sure reach out to Instaflame for our future projects and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Jason did our extension. We are very happy with the work and particularly happy with the after care - he has been in constant communication with us about snag list and the small number of Building Control requirements. All our friends have commented on the quality of work including friends who have asked for his contact details as they want to use him to help with their property portfolio.

We recently had a double side extension & whole house refurbished with instaflame Jason was on top of things start to finish we had some issues with the initial foundations due to depths but nothing was ever an issue for the guys very happy with the end result will have the guys back next year for the annex and loft.
