We instructed CDC to create our new home from two redundant farm buildings in a Conservation Area. We had a struggle to align our aspirations with what the District Council would accept and through it all Robin and Delphine showed just the right combination of imagination and persistence, leading to an individual home that meets all our requirements and fits into its surroundings. Throughout the project we have benefitted from their attention to detail and their real interest in how we intend to live in our new house. 3 months in and we are VERY house proud.

Chadwick Dryer Clarke designed and project managed a loft conversion for our Cambridge home. At the time we were living in Paris which could have made the whole process very difficult but the architect was brilliant and managed the project really well. I felt we were really listened to and our tastes and preferences were taken into account and we were consulted at every stage of the build. I would happily recommend them to design and manage any project that you may have.

It was clear from David's first visit he's a skilled and professional architect. He understood what we were hoping to achieve and gave immediate feedback on what was practical and cost efficient. I have had a number of quotes over the last couple of years for architectural work for our planned extension. David was extremely professional when he came out to view my house and came up with a number of really good ideas with the design.
