Grant and his team have provided a seamless and stress free experience for us from the initial phone call, to the different design concepts and to the final plans. His expertise is second to none helping us to maximise our homes potential all while keeping the build costs as efficient as possible. His communication and turnaround times have been impeccable throughout the whole process. I will be using again in the future.

Instructed Grant and his team to do my drawings and help me get planning on a tricky grade 2 listed building last year. Great service, very responsive and best of all secured.... the planning that I needed. Vey knowledable when it comes to HMOs and creative use of space.

PRIDE ROAD ARCHITECTS REVIEWS

Magda and Pride Road were brilliant. Ours was a smallish but also fairly unusual job: adding a new door from our basement to the garden, including some digging down. Pride Road came up with a really clever design that made the most out of a relatively small space, including a new three quarter height boiler room. They also advised on how to manage the process with engineers (given it involved some underpinning we wanted to be absolutely sure everything would be fully structurally sound). We are so happy with the end result.

The preparatory work and, ‘on the spot’, thinking through of ideas that Magda carried out were very helpful in giving a clear vision of possible design and change solutions. Beforehand I did not really grasp the workshop concept that was proposed, but the experience was very informative and thought provoking. Overall, a highly recommended exercise.

We are still in the early stages of our extension, but I can highly recommend Pride Road (and Magda) for the creativity brought to the initial design process. Magda brought really interesting ideas to our attention we hadn’t considered, particularly in terms of maximising much-needed storage space. She also facilitated getting planning approval!

His work was of high quality and timely and we really appreciated the time he took with us at each stage of our build, offering advice and guidance whenever we needed it. We couldn't have done it without him! We would highly recommend him.

Nada Architects have been very helpful in guiding us with our design. Remarkable turnaround times together with help and guidance throughout the process and they happily amended the design as many times as we wanted until we were happy with the final outcome. Would highly recommend and work with again.
