Our broker and Customer Relationship Manager Lauren, were very dedicated and always responded promptly. Rob patiently explained everything and helped us analyze and choose the best option,Lauren ensured to update us on the progress every week, allowing us to receive the formal mortgage offer within the expected timeline. Their professionalism gave us confidence throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and consider First Mortgage first for any future needs!
