Patrick is a clear and persuasive communicator with both me, the client, but also all those involved in particular planners and builders. As each project progressed he actively taught me all the details of the various options available so I really understood and I was able to make a very informed choice about each aspect. He played a pivotal role in property selection, planning, contractor selection, contracts and project management. He often identified future potential problems that no one else had and he always had solutions. This is often the difference of having your beautiful new building that two years later needs extra corrective work vs solving the issue during the initial works so it won't come up later. The initial site survey was very thorough, and we actually changed from a loft conversion and single storey extension to a two storey extension as this suited our needs better. We chose Keith to design our bungalow extension upon a recommendation, and are absolutely delighted with the result.
