She was crystal clear about pricing and expected timescale from my initial enquiry, and then guided me through many aspects of creating my website that I was unsure about. All email communication was prompt and clear, and Claire delivered everything I asked for and more. I changed my mind on a few aspects as we went along, but I was never made to feel that this was a problem. It was helpful that I was sent a link to the site in progress, which meant I was also able to show the work and get feedback from colleagues as we went along. A zoom call to discuss finer details near to the finish was also helpful. I thoroughly recommend Claire's work and am delighted with my new website.
