I want to highly recommend Fraser at Bryce Hearing Services. Fraser is excellent at conveying all the necessary information I required to have an easy transition into the world of hearing loss and wearing hearing aids. He took all the time needed to make sure I was picking the correct hearing aids for my life style and explained everything in great detail so that I felt confident in my choice. He is so patient, knowledgeable and conscientious. If like me you do not want to accept you have a hearing loss and delay actually doing anything about it, please do not as it is a wonderful thing to hear normally again. Thanks also to Jayne for her great service and advice.

I cannot recommend Jane highly enough. I have a long term issue with my ears and recently returned to Jane after having an unsuccessful appointment with the NHS consultant. Jane usually was able to deal with the problem but this time it was more challenging and she referred me to a colleague Bill, in Inverness, a retired ENT consultant. He resolved the problem and I can hear again and we have a plan in place going forward. Many thanks Bryce Hearing.

My Dad has his ears done on Friday and what a great job they did. My Dads hearing has greatly improved.

For over 20 years I have suffered from hearing loss but found a family run business, Inverness Hearing Services, that has provided me with advice and support in the use of high-quality hearing aids. As technology has changed over the years, they have always been available to recommend hearing aids to give me the quality of life in being able to hear.

Took my 95 year old mother today as we could not remove the large wax deposits that had built up. To see what came out and the difference in her ability to hear once removed it was well worth the visit, as it was not easy but the technical took great care during the procedure.
