I am writing this testimonial with gratitude for the incredible support and transformation I have experienced under the guidance of Sam. Dear Dee, fantastic news! Holly just smashed the technical score at a big competition last week in Sheffield and now has the entry qualifications for the British Figure skating championships!! Last year only 38 girls under 13 qualified from throughout the Uk, so it’s a big deal. She is one of two girls to qualify from Aberdeen in the last 8 years. She is so happy! Also, 0.25 score off qualifying for the GB development squad – she’s aiming for this now. Thank u so much for giving her confidence & the belief in herself.

I had five sessions with Dee about 2 years ago. My only regret is that I did not see her 10 years ago! I had a massive sugar addiction and would eat even if I was not hungry. Despite having a relatively healthy diet, my 'treats' were causing me to be overweight and feel terribly guilty about my sugar binges. Since my hypnosis, I no longer eat unhealthy sugary foods and I don't eat unless I am hungry. I also prefer eating the healthy option, however, I do occasionally have 'naughty' moments where I'll eat chips or crisps but I'm only human! Over the past two years, I have lost 2.5 stone, I love exercising and no longer feel guilty about what I eat. I would definitely recommend Dee, she has helped me improve my health and feel so much better about myself.

I can confirm that I have known Dee for 15 years in my position as a General Practitioner working in the North-East of Scotland. Been having sessions with Graeme for a few months now and I must admit I love them. Graeme has a wonderful, calming manner about him that makes it easy to open up. His sessions provide great insight into how the mind works and makes me realise why I have the habits I have. The hypnosis part is by far my favourite part. I honestly feel I am living every word that is said and that it’s the total relaxation that helps me to refocus my mind. I have definitely reaped the benefits of the sessions and I genuinely look forward to my next one.

Went to visit Graeme earlier this year to help with my phobia of roller coasters. He provided a very professional service which helped with not only my phobia but also my general well being. I visited Florida with my family in October and my children were delighted (and speechless) when I joined them on all the rides! Would thoroughly recommend Graeme and his company.

I'd been struggling with stopping smoking for years & knew I needed help. I was a little sceptical before the appointment, but I can say now that it's probably the best £200 I've ever spent. I'm no longer craving cigarettes & I'm happy to be around my friends & family that smoke without wanting to join them.
