Alistair Napier has been working at Brooks-Carter Clinic for over 8 years, where he has treated patients of all ages and built an excellent reputation. Alistair completed a Level 3 Personal Training Course to provide patients with strengthening and conditioning exercises alongside their treatment. Alistair volunteers regularly at sports events and has provided treatment to participants before and after physically challenging activities, such as the Balmoral Run and ultra-marathons. Alistair has delivered presentations and guidance to individuals, as well as briefings to local community groups and various companies about common muscular issues, such as back pain, and how these may be prevented at home or during sports.
