have been going to Tripp Hearing for many years and just bought my hearing aids from them. The experience was great - there was a 30 day trail with no pressure to buy and loads of help and encouragement. My hearing aids are really good - pretty mind blowing in a good way. So many things I can hear that I didn’t hear before. I tried some 20 years ago but they were no where near as advanced and I had to give up wearing them. All the staff I have dealt with have been very knowledgable, patient and helpful - but I would particularly thank Danielle who guided me from hearing test through the purchase.

A really great day, really informative and presenters insure all individuals were catered for and confident before leaving. Thank you.

Very well organised, excellent venue and facilities. The course was brilliantly presented and I have learned some vital skills to help me in my role.

I have been a customer of James Hearing for many years. The service, advice, care and consideration shown has always been excellent. I could not recommend them any higher. Audiologist Waheed, has been exceptionally helpful recently. My current hearing aids, synched as they are to my iPhone, are beyond praise.

Something every hearing aid user appreciates is quick and cheerful service when something goes wrong. Recently one of my aids shut down suddenly leaving me extremely deaf. The speedy and helpful way in which James Hearing, and Faye James in particular, dealt with my problem was most impressive. I am extremely grateful.

I have found James Hearing has provided a caring & effectively efficient service over many years that were always suited to my personal needs. I can therefore highly recommend James Hearing to those wishing to avail themselves of their always expert service.

OXFORD HEARING CENTRE REVIEWS

Twenty years ago my GP diagnosed mild hearing loss and recommended the Oxford Hearing Centre. It was one of the most helpful pieces of advice I have ever been given, because Tim Johnson and his receptionist Helen have invariably provided a superb service, even at short notice. They were particularly helpful ten years when a serious head injury resulted in my losing much of my remaining hearing. Tim’s expert advice and his provision of specialist audio equipment as well as hearing aids were major factors which enabled me to continue my judicial career until retirement age.

My elderly father has been using Oxford Hearing Centre for a number of years. The service and support has been fantastic and I have witnessed this in the last year accompanying him on his appointments. This is a great company and we remain very loyal customers.

Excellent Hearing Centre, Tim is very knowledgeable and I always come away satisfied with the the treatment I receive.
