I went to the clinic with severe plantar fascia pain, hardly able to walk after an injury at work. Andreas gave me a realistic timeframe for recovery and a series of rehab exercises which were easy to follow. He was very understanding about the nature of my job (on my feet all day) and gave suggestions about how to manage that alongside exercise. After just 4 months I am back to running pain-free and am amazed at how quick and smooth my recovery has been. I am so grateful to Andreas for his help and encouragement.

I had a few sessions with Adelina about a historical knee issue that I wanted to ensure was healed. I was also training for a marathon and had some other life events occurring, and Adelina took these into account, and worked around them. She was kind, knowledgeable and highly personable. Appointments were easy to book, and I'd highly recommend physio with Spires.

I went to Spires following a hamstring injury and Andreas was incredibly helpful with my recovery. The exercises were tailored to my sport and I really enjoyed them. I was pain-free after only a few months post injury, and I have had significant improvement in my strength after only 4 months of working with Andreas. I could not recommend his services enough!

I've been seeing David for over 2 years to treat various conditions. Recently, I suffered a lot of neck pain which prevented me from doing normal day-to-day activities. David is incredibly patient and used his expertise to walk me through the whole process step by step, letting me know what to expect and the time scale for healing. Thanks to his dedicated care and guidance, my neck pain has significantly improved, allowing me to return to my usual activities. I highly recommend David to anyone seeking effective and compassionate physiotherapy and acupuncture treatment.

David does an excellent job of diagnosing what is wrong and getting me on the path to recovery and back to my favorite activities. Kathryne is an exellent massage therapist and has got me through many a long distance running campaign. Overall, this is an excellent physio practice and they are fantastic at doing exactly what I need - helping me manage the sort of overuse injuries that crop up when one is active, especially as we age; and getting me back to the activities I love.

My wife and I have been excellently treated by David and his team for as long as we can remember: ranging from issues with knees, hips and shoulders! In all instances, the diagnosis has been spot on, and the 'hands on' sessions successful in resolving the issue(s). Thank you David & co. for a superb and professional service. Highly recommended.

I've had chronic lower back pain for 20 years or so; the NHS weren't able to do anything about it. When it suddenly became much worse, I decided to go to Tops. Their physiotherapist Catherine Huck quickly diagnosed a "slipped disc", and prescribed a regime of gentle exercises. Within a week I was back to normal. After a few more weeks of continuing the exercises, my back is better than it's been for decades.

What a wonderful find! On my recent trip to Oxford, I was welcomed to continue my usual Pilates practice through attending an in-studio reformer class as well as two online mat classes. Booking was simple, communication was quick, and instruction was excellent and thoughtful. It is nice to know I can visit again when I return to visit family in Oxford!

Pilates lessons at TOPS have been a part of my life for over 15 years. They've been a huge part of keeping me fit (at 83). There's been a variety of different teachers over the years, with different techniques, but all good. Many thanks, TOPS.
