Like most men of a certain age, I stubbornly deferred getting tested for declining hearing. Eventually I contacted Almond at Clarkston and I am so glad I did. The service from Ian and Karen was first class. A welcoming receptionist, Karen made my appointment and the service from Ian was quite simply outstanding. He tested my hearing using the very latest technology, in a relaxed atmosphere, reproducing a wide range of test hearing environments (noisy restuarants, in-car white noise, etc) to accurately guage where my audio deficiencies were. Test aids were supplied for several weeks before I purchased my current aids, and over several visits, he carefully adjusted my new hearing aids to give crystal clear audio, in environments where I had previously been struggling to hear. Simply outstanding! The service is very friendly, relaxed, and without any pressure to buy hearing aids. Most definitely the place to go if you are suffering hearing loss. Highly recommended.

I was so pleased to find Almond Hearing and to receive treatment from Peter. Everything about the experience was positive from the easy parking, to the kind reception staff and the sensitive treatment from Peter the audiologist. Thanks everyone- I would absolutely recommend Almond Hearing to anyone with vertigo/ hearing/ balance problems.

I called to my local Boots to have my hearing aids repaired however, they were more interested in selling me new ones and wanted to charge a small fortune for the repair. I looked further afield and came across Colin.He was so helpfull and arranged everything with the manufacturer to have them restored as new. This was done for a fraction of the price Boots wanted.I would not hesitate to recommend him and give him 10/10.

As a hearing aid user for over 25 years i am now on my fifth set and i cannot thank you enough, these are easily the best I've ever had. The skill and expertise demonstrated by Colin places him head and shoulders above everyone else I have bought hearing aids from.

Colin helped me with broken hearing aids which he sent to the manufacturer for a total refurb. Nothing was too much trouble for this gentleman. After the refurb he did a comprehensive hearing check and adjusted aids to suit. I found him pleasant and professional and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone with hearing difficulties. He went that extra mile for me, THANK YOU COLIN.
