I met with Shonagh at the beginning of September as I was keen to give up smoking but I’ve always struggled with willpower. Shonagh was lovely; friendly, understanding, non-judgemental and was able to put me at ease very quickly. A short 2 hours later and I am now a non-smoker and will remain so for the rest of my life. It’s amazing, there was no cycle of failure, no side-effects from medication and no cravings to battle – Shonagh was able to take that all away. Anyone battling with the willpower to stop smoking should try hypnotherapy, it truly is life changing.

Shonagh makes you feel really comfortable and I only needed three sessions in total with the option of coming back at any stage in the future if I feel I need to. The recording that you get to listen to has real impact so make sure you make time to listen to it. Really effective intervention.

For many, many years I have suffered from anxiety, particularly with travel and crowded places. My world had got so small I couldn’t travel in a car, train and of course flying was a nightmare. I noticed that at work, I was not able to attend group meetings and if there was training, I could not go into an environment which was full of people. I couldn’t go shopping unaccompanied, and when it came to socialising I cancelled parties, my best friend’s wedding, meeting up with friends and visiting family, it got that I didn’t want to leave my home. I could see the impact it was having on my family, who were constantly concerned over my wellbeing. My son, his wife and my new granddaughter live in Texas and had wanted my husband and myself to visit due to a special birthday I had. I was able to relax and have the best holiday ever. Even when we were hit by delays on our return journey due to bad weather conditions for 4 hours in Houston, then another 5 hours in New York, I was not phased at all. Sarah has helped me so much with my self esteem and self confidence! I am now able to challenge negative thoughts using the combination of therapies used. Just completed 4 sessions with Sarah . I have a peaceful life, but due to childhood trauma , I suffered from overwhelming fear and anxiety which affected all aspects of my life .
