Janice is highly skilled and a lovely person to work with. She clearly cares and ensures the best possible outcome. I have found that her methods have made a significant impact and a permanent turning point in my efforts to lose weight and improve my self esteem. This is definitely a step change in the right direction and I believe these new techniques are a life changer. Cannot recommend enough!

Having never had hypnotherapy before I was unsure of what to expect and very curious about the process. Janice was very welcoming and explained everything in detail. She had a knack of getting to the root of problems in order to resolve them. I have now finished my block of 4 sessions and have had great results. I also had a fantastic reiki session with Janice. I’m so glad I booked the sessions and would highly recommend Janice.

Janice has been helping me with Reiki healing and Hypnotherapy . First class service . Janice makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. I personally always leave her clinic feeling great . The benefits I have had with my own health and wellbeing since starting to visit Janice are immense.Ive had help with a few health problems and I recently had her help with virtual weight loss injections and I'm currently 20 lbs lighter ....and still losing . I totally recommend you try Janice's Clinic . She is definitely worth 5 stars.

Life changing. I wasn’t sure how hypnotherapy would be and if it could help me with my list of ailments! but from the very first appointment I was ridded of a 14 year old lingering problem with chronic itching. gone! just like that! Sarah has helped me so much with my self esteem and self confidence! I am now able to challenge negative thoughts using the combination of therapies used. I can now accept and deal with trauma responses to past trauma. I lived miles away from Sarah and we did my sessions online which worked very well for me. Just completed 4 sessions with Sarah . I have a peaceful life, but due to childhood trauma , I suffered from overwhelming fear and anxiety which affected all aspects of my life . I tried counselling and other therapy but nothing worked . Sarah helped me with a timeline of major events in my past and then took me under . It was a crazy feeling but I felt completely safe . I am not questioning how it works but it most certainly has changed my life forever! I no longer feel that sense of fear , it’s been a life changer for me . The experience from being met at the door to leaving at the end was electric! Entering the wee cozy room, kicking my shoes off and listening to a voice that is very calming and warm was just the tonic I needed. I can’t wait till the next time and would definitely recommend. My uncle has just signed up for the smoking cessation package and is very much looking forward to it.

Tracy has helped me navigate baby loss, work stress and general anxiety. I have also done mindfulness and hypnotherapy for relaxation and positivity which has been so calming and enjoyable. She has guided me when I needed her to, talked theory and brain function when I wanted it and overall has been so warm and kind and has created a lovely cosy, safe space.

Tracy has the best voice for making you feel totally relaxed and calm. I had a session with Tracy and it was magical. I also had the privilege to listen to her night time relaxation track twice now and both times were totally different experiences but my sleep was great. Thank you Tracy.
