Firstly, massive thanks to a young man named Josh who answered my hectic call this morning. He kept calm and managed to collect all relevant information then followed up with seeking further information from the nurses/vets. Thank you Josh, you are a diamond. And huge Thankyou to Robyn, a super, gentle, caring and respectful member of the vet team. You have me in awe for someone so young, you are amazing. Brilliant all round. Won’t be going anywhere else.

I was cat sitting, and on the second day the cat had a severe eye injury. The Vet, Allison, helped me find a solution to treat the cat. They ensured it was one that the family abroad could deal with at a distance, while supporting me as a third party.

I would like to thank vets Alison and Andrew and all the staff for taking care Marble he is now eating everything in the garden he is back to normal thanks first class service.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the vet Sarah with my dog, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Sarah's exceptional skills in interacting with my dog, Roxy, were evident from the moment we walked in. She made Roxy feel calm and safe! Sarah's genuine care and gentle approach put both of us at ease. I highly recommend her to anyone. Five star all the way! Thank you!.

My dog is a very nervous reactive dog. The lovely lady vet. Sorry I can't remember her name. Came outside to get us and took us straight in the side door into her room. She was excellent with Bailey. Made it less stressful for us.

Never had a reason to take any of our pets to a vet, until our dog was too ill to continue on. The kindness of the staff, over everything including my struggling to pay, was simply overwhelming. This practise is far the best one in West Lothian. Receptionists are so warm n friendly nothing is to much bother for them. Absolutely helpful. The vets n veterinary nurses are lovely. In fact our 2 dogs love going to the vets.

Great visit. Was nice and peaceful, and the vet was great with molly even though she hadn't been for a while. Very helpful finding her chip so I can update it.
