My mother recently visited Hidden Hearing for an ear wax removal appointment, it was *ear-resistible*! Chloe, our wax-wrangler extraordinaire, was absolutely fabulous. Chloe's professionalism and sense of humor really helped put my mum at ease – By the end, my mum was hearing better than ever.

I have always found over the years, the staff are caring and attentive to my needs and questions. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and so one cannot ask for anything more. A five star performance.

From start to finish it was very professional but also friendly atmosphere highly recommend.

Lovely receptionist and with Rob a very efficient update of my husband's hearing aids. However, Rob went the extra mile - took one look at husband's mobility device and within minutes had taken off wheels and handles and put them back in the correct position - this after we'd been using the wrong positions for 9 months. Thanks Rob.

I am absolutely delighted with my new hearing aids from Rob. His great care, attention to detail and outstanding service have all greatly impressed me and I now, at last, have a set of hearing aids that are comfortable, easy to use and above all allow me to hear properly. My wife is as pleased as I am! Not only that, the aids were considerably less expensive than my previous ones which I found most unsatisfactory. Rob is without question the man to see if you need the best hearing aids and the best service.

I have used York Hearing Practice on several occasions for the removal of ear wax and I really can’t fault the service. You are always greeted with a smile and they are all extremely helpful and professional giving you any advice that you need! This method of ear wax removal is so much better than syringing!
