I visited regen for an issue I was having with my hip as it would lock up and prevent me from being able to work in certain positions and was also having an effect on my training as a power lifter. I had a session with Harry who helped me find the cause of my problem and then worked with me to help stretch it out and stop me from having any pain. It was very effective and the environment felt very comfortable to be in.

I have had a few appointments with Harry regarding a rotator cuff injury that I have been struggling with for several weeks. Harry is very knowledgeable and friendly, and he has explained every step of my recovery process so far. I saw instant improvements in mobility after the first session, and he provided me with some useful banded exercises to incorporate into my sessions to aid my recovery. I would definitely recommend him.

I saw Curtis for lower back pain in May this year. He was wonderful, knowledgeable and sorted the issue while giving good advice on how to heal. Would recommend to anyone.

Sarah was amazing. She identified the problem with my back on the first visit and gave me excellent treatment. She also gave me the confidence to start exercising again and I am now enjoying yoga. Thank you to all at Sano physiotherapy.

Berni, the receptionist, was very pleasant and welcoming. I was treated by Josephine who was very professional and really put me at ease. I only had to have two appointments for my sciatica but it seems to have done the trick. Thank you.

Elliott was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and incredibly supportive. The exercises worked a treat and I'm now back running and playing football, something that I genuinely couldn't see happening 6 months ago. The staff on the reception desk were lovely too. Always welcoming and when I couldn't make an appointment later in the week, they were really nice and accommodating. Highly recommended.

ATHLETICA HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPY REVIEWS

My partner is recovering from a complicated fracture of my lower leg. To help get back dancing on a stage and horse riding he has had a few sessions with Lucy. These have really made a difference. She has shown a good understanding of what is needed, provided advice and encouragement, and given targeted exercises tailored to achieve results. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lucy, who as well as all the professionalism is a nice and positive person.

Kevin has treated me for a shoulder injury that was making swimming painful. His expertise and skill was obvious from the start and I particularly valued how he listened so carefully to my issues. I also really appreciated how reassuring and positive he has been. Treatment has been largely exercise based and after three months I'm well on the way to complete recovery. Highly recommended!

My appointment with Lucy went went and I found out what the problem is with my foot. I have been doing the exercises ,and look forward to my next appointment. I am so much more comfortable now, after suffering for a few months.i am hoping to cure the problem completely under Lucy’s guidance. See you soon. And many thanks to Lucy , she was very reassuring, a joy to meet.
