Both Paul & Neil were incredibly helpful when we used their travel service. They gave my girlfriend and I excellent advice about the vaccinations we required, going above and beyond to email me with info on a vaccination program. They were really friendly and approachable at all times. This on top of their excellent opening hours means I would highly recommend them, thanks.

This pharmacy team are an absolute god send, every time I've ever had a problem they always go above and beyond to sort it out. The staff are super polite and friendly an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Had a really helpful nurse, Ruth, they were lovely, friendly, and made me feel really calm about what was going on.

I spoke with Alvin who very quickly sorted out a prescription issue. Alvin saved a lot of headache, he was so friendly and really went the extra mile. My thanks to Alvin! He is an asset to this organisation.

Went in for advice about sinusitis, had a very thorough consultation with the pharmacist who was super helpful and prescribed appropriate treatment, saved me having to wait weeks to see the GP.

I needed to fill a Vets prescription for my dog as she is on a human drug. Citywide were really helpful and explained how it worked and what to do. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

I find the staff of this pharmacy extremely helpful friendly and efficient. I have recently changed to this one because of the poor service I was being given at another pharmacy after staff changed this was after being with the same one for a lot of years. I approach Parker’s found them very helpful for me and my elderly parents nothing was too much trouble Well done.

Absolutely excellent service from Mohammad and his super team. They go above and beyond to take care of us as a family and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. We fully trust in their service and their advice. A huge thank you Five stars every time.
