Great tasting pasties! Pasty is nice and thin and filling is plentiful. Lots of good comments on the steak ones! We ordered click n collect on a Sunday for a christening. Shame they wouldn't deliver though! Boxed up well and labels were easy to read. Placed boxes straight on the buffet table as they were presented in sturdy cardboard boxes that looked good on the table! 10% discount on large orders and I got 15% off as a euros special deal! Will definitely order again!

Absolutely second to none! The best pasties..so delicious they are worth every penny! This bakery has a selection of frozen pasties to cook at home. Large car park to the side and limited parking to the rear. Highly recommend.

Me and the wife love it here. My Dad was the one who recommended it to me and boy was he spot on. Great pasties, tasty sausage rolls and service with a smile from knowledgable staff in a a smart clean well presented shop. Also you can get pasty points.

Best local bakers in Bolton. Pasties and Pies cakes bread sandwiches are all top quality. The prices are reasonable and far from greedy, like the other pastie shops around Bolton. Well Done and thank you. My children all 5 of them aged from 34 to 9 have loved your pasties and pies for ever. My Mum in the late 70s and 80s took me shopping in Bolton would always get me a pie.

I have been visiting this family run bakery for over 3 decades. The shop baked mini pasties and whist pies are heavenly. They are so good in fact that my family and I have bought batches of them for most of our family celebrations. I moved to Cumbria in 2020 but when I returned to Bolton to visit family, the first stop I made was to the Pastie Shoppe to buy some frozen pasties and pies to take home. Their deserts are lovely too, all made fresh on site. I hope this lovely little shop continues to thrive for many years to come.

I have just had the best meat pie I've ever had in my 56 years of eating pies and pasties. If they hadn't just closed I would have gone back for more. One really good reason to visit Bolton.

Hands down the best pies and pasties that I have ever eaten, and believe me I have had plenty. A Pie Connoisseur you might say, with a figure like a Greek God to prove it . Bolton is blessed with multiple top quality independent bakers Ye Olde Pasty Shope, Carrs, Burnden, Cherry Tree, Hunters, Pauls and plenty more but Armstrong's pips them all to my top spot The staff are down to earth and always friendly. It's a no brainer that if you are ever in the area you must visit and try for yourself.

My mum was a regular at this fab pie shop for years. Sadly we lost her age 92 in 2020 but I travel from Preston time to time and buy their pies cold and freeze them so I can still have a nostalgic lunch which was a most enjoyable thing me and my mum did together. My girls now enjoy their pasties, pies and cakes as much as we did. Glad we still have shops like these.

What an amazing bakery. The lady that served me was polite and chatty and the bacon sarnie was fab. Kids enjoyed their cookies. A little oasis.
