Please thank Anita for me I was having a rough day and just her friendly voice and outstanding customer service really put a smile on my face thank you so much. Anita is definitely an asset to Greggs it was coming to the end of the day and her energy was so welcoming thanks.

Staff are really friendly and there is usually a pretty good selection of food from their sandwiches to the fresh baked goods. Only down side is at lunch time they are super busy and only have 2 till areas so it can take a while to get your food but the staff do their best to be as quick as possible.

Is it because I'm a bit further south than normal but what a surly attitude getting served today by the member if staff in Dudley. Wow.

I ordered these for my boyfriend for Valentine's. As brownie snobs we thought they were delicious! Really good flavours. However I was not very happy with the delivery. Although very quick, DPD had to redeliver because they said I wasn't in. I received this alert whilst in my house with a working doorbell and working ears! I have had this issue with DPD before. Once I saw them outside my house when I received the alert and they drove off. This shouldn't be a reflection on Chummys Bakery but you may want to consider using another delivery company who actually deliver.

I ordered a mixed box of 6 brownies for partners birthday, Each of the flavours we chose went down a treat!! Delivery was perfectly on time, brownies came beautifully packaged! They even give you an option to write a personalised note which was handy with it being a birthday present! I will definitely be ordering again from here 10/10!

Brilliant postal brownie service. These brownies are good in the microwave for 10 seconds where they go gooey and great with ice cream or some cream. There are so many flavours to choose from as well as cupcakes, rocky roads etc which can all be found on their site.

My partner and I always go in here on a morning to get our breakfast. Their sausage and egg muffins are way better than the ones you get elsewhere at shops with similar breakfast options (naming no names). Lovely staff too!

Had cheesy wedges and a can of Barr Cherryade from up there while on lunch break! Food was lovely, helpful and staff friendly. Definitely recommended as 10/10.

Purchased three cheese and onion pasties a d pizza. Good portion size a d great price.
