TOP 3 COSTA COFFEE DUDLEY REVIEWS

I would like to send a special thanks to an amazing, polite and patient customer service Amanda; she was patient to answer all my questions as this was the first time I visit main Costa shop. One of the team does not have any patience to give a good direction or answerd to a new customer. Unfortunately, I drink my Latte coffee without my chocolate powder, they suppose to put the chocolate shaker next to the sugar.

Great to see the winter range of special drinks back at Costa. Dudley is a nice branch with quite a bit of space, clean, atmospheric and always very good coffee. Particularly good service today from Zoe.

Cheerful pleasant staff. The shop has a good open and airy feel at the front with a more cosy and intimate setting at the rear... the best of both worlds.

Use this Starbucks regularly both to sit in and drive thru, and never had a bad experience. The staff are really nice and kind, and can’t do enough to help you. Due to using the space to study, I have visited at all times of the day and often for several hours, and the high standard of services stays consistent across shifts. WiFi stays steady too even during busy periods. Prices are a little high but that’s the Starbucks franchise, not down to the store or staff. Only improvement might be to clear the tables a bit quicker but considering there are deliveries, mobile orders and the drive thru the staff do very well.

I have had the best latte I have ever had, this might sound like an exaggeration but it was absolutely incredible! Usually when I go to coffee places the syrup floats to the bottom and I can't enjoy it but it was consistent and flavoured perfectly, even down to the foam! Whoever was on shift on 05.02.2025 at 3:30pm should be applauded and commended for their service, I felt welcome and they were calm and hospitable the entire time I was there. I can't fault anything, even when I got my order wrong they were very patient with me whilst I figured out what to do and even gave an excellent suggestion as an alternative. Super impressed overall!

love this starbucks branch in general but today a lovely staff member called Ross was just so so friendly and happy and it made mine and my Mum’s day! Great energy and thank you !!

The cafe had friendly staff and customers were so friendly the atmosphere was welcoming staff were very helpful I am always nervous about trying new breakfast places because of my daughters special needs and her requirements when comes to food and the staff were more than happy to accommodate the request without any problems n they were very helpful as it was my first time but I will definitely be returning I've never seen my daughter enjoy a meal so much.

Plenty of seating area to eat in. Great food and reasonable prices. I had a large breakfast it was cooked perfect nice and hot. Couldn't eat it all as I was full. Staff friendly.

Amazing food! Staff were clearly out of it a bit but I've been here before so I know it's one of those days. Would definitely recommend 5 stars.
