TOBY CARVERY BURNT TREE ISLAND REVIEWS

Can't beat a Toby Carvery, especially when they have deals on, including £1 meals for children during the summer holidays. Meat is always tasty and plentiful, and unlimited vegetables means you can fill your boots. Keep in mind with the kids meals, let them grab some meat and veg, then go back to fetch those parts they enjoyed most! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is great. Can't beat it!

Lovely place to eat. Man at the bar was patient as we worked out cheapest way to dine and have drinks as well. Server let us leave one pint in the tap for later and chocolate pudding on hold till we had finished our carvery. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely carvery and surprise of lamb on offer as choice of meat. Overall a great few hours. The man at the bar is a credit to you.

As always the carvery is welcoming and warm, the food was delicious and I'll forever love the refillable drinks, Tionne was such a sweet server, I can tell she genuinely made a great effort to bring us a good service :)

Megan was our server. After welcoming us she was very polite and took our orders. After our meal arrive she checked back politely to see if we were enjoying our meal. Once finished Megan made us feel comfortable to stay and more importantly didn’t try to rush us to leave. Megan was a wonderful host, polite, considerate and thoroughly professional throughout. Thank you Megan.

Jess waited upon us and she was so helpful. Pleasant and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my evening with two of my three daughters. Hope we get Jess next time I eat atCastlegate.

The food was delicious and staff were friendly. The places had a good atmosphere and service was quick.

Excellent service from start to finish, welcoming staff at the bar, great menu choice and very good prices. I have to say Claire is a credit to you. She worked non stop clearing tables and regularly asked if we were ok and did we need anything else needless to say we ordered more drinks.

Really lovely place for lunch. We took 6 kids between 3 adults and the staff were so lovely and friendly. Thank you Ryan and Lindsey for being so accommodating and friendly. Dietary restrictions: Really good choice of vegan food, even the children's menu had at least 3 different vegan options.

Really enjoyed my experience here Jess was brilliant and a lovely girl !
