Well I bought a pork pie from proudfoots Newby,yer it was a bit expensive.....but we'll worth every penny,absolutely delicious, could do with a little bit more mace, it was beautiful, packed with meat ,well done you lovely butcher's Xxxxxx

Ordered a large meat and potato pie, also a cheese pie for a family function, and they were really tasty the whole family enjoyed and asked where they were from. The staff were amazing and friendly and very professional , I love that the bakery is clean and well presented.

Had pies, sausage rolls and various cakes. All really nice. The lemon buns are the best, shame i can't get then in Cornwall.

HOLLINGWORTH BAKERY REVIEWS

Ordered a small buffet over the phone for about 6 people. Sausage rolls, large pork, large meat pies, cheese and tomato quiche, cheese bacon and tomato quiche and some sandwiches beef, ham, Chicken, cheese and tuna and a few wraps of spicy chicken. I was not disappointed it was excellent plenty to go round as well, lovely and fresh and ready and waiting for collection on time. Would definitely go there again. It was enjoyed by all.

Totally compelled to write this review today. I venture in to the shop every now and then. This morning, I was caught short, out of area, my wallet at home, no change in the car, early hours of the morning...and I'm gasping for a drink of some form due to medicated dry mouth. I was asking the kind Baker to refill a bottle for me as I wasn't able to make a purchase. The kind hearted man provided me a fresh bottle of water from his chiller and bid me a good day. It's totally the little gestures that mean the most. Thanks once again. Honest, Genuine People with Hearts of Gold, Great Produce and Amazing Customer Service. See you in the morning guys. 10/10 Truly.

Stop here most mornings for a freshly cooked pie and a few other bits, very reasonably priced and the staff are great well worth the stop if your passing.

This was my first visit and I'll definitely be back: clear Covid guidelines a d everyone was either wearing a mask or face shield and hands were sanitised after handling money. They choice of baked goods was beautiful and I purchased a selection of desserts, a brown sourdough bread and a croissant which were all lovely and fresh. I appreciated that prices were clearly marked. Now how to decide what to try next!

Best in the area, super pork pies, sandwiches and cakes. We stopped for a bacon sausage on toast with brown sauce. They were fantastic well worth a look and try you will not be disappointed.

The food was delicious and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast rolls looked really nice. Just a short walk from the canal.
