Absolutely brilliant service all the staff are polite and extremely professional and you can have a good laugh with them all , I’d like to give a special shout out to Tom who in my opinion is the best barber I’ve ever had, he always goes that extra mile and nothing is ever too much , the shop it’s self is always kept clean and tidy with a great variety of music and it’s situated in the lovely historic Rochester high street…. What more could you ask for :)

Had my trim twice now by Tom and can't praise the service enough. The whole environment in the shop is great and Tom himself is very easy to chat to and makes you feel at ease from the start. Makes it a very personal experience by consulting with you regarding the details of the trim he has planned and remembers details you wouldn't expect anyone else to. Cheers guys!

Best barbers I’ve been to, cracking lads with great chat. Highly recommend, do the best haircuts too. I get my haircut by Nathan and have been for the past couple years, he always does a class job! 10/10 service and quality.

I have been going to Kaya for a just over a year or so,I have never left the shop feeling unimpressed! I have a favourite barber, of course, however I have had cuts from some of the other barbers and to the same standards and precision. Highly recommended.

Very good experience, service is very good from waiting to the haircut, get looked after and would highly recommend, all staff are great and doesn’t matter who cuts your hair it’s good haircut

I’ve been there many times and I’m so happy with my low taper fade all the barbers are amazing

Shop always clean, staff always friendly whether they're the ones cutting your hair or not. Always offered a refreshment, able to book easily via app, phone or in-shop. Hair cut always fresh as the hair stylists complete a consultation prior to cutting and tailor to your requirements or make suggestions if you're a little stuck. Recommend this shop with a special mention to George. Do not hesitate to book.

Good vibes during the cut. Happy with the result there and then. Most importantly I'm happy with the result the next morning after a wash too.

Barbers know exactly what they’re doing and listen to the customers needs. Great music and atmosphere as well.
