Had to order a taxi for my daughter. She was staying at a friend's and wanted to come home. She's 12 but was abit scary her waiting for a taxi and making sure she gets in the right one. Lovely taxi lady did give me a call to let me know the taxi was there. Thankyou

Got off train at Strood, no Taxis about, called Strood Cabs, Tesla taxi there in less than 5 mins & swift journey to BCA Rochester, just what was needed, ' cos I wanted to be on my way home!

I was so impressed with the service we received last weekend that I had to share it. Every time I called on Saturday / Sunday no matter what time I got a taxi in around 10 minutes. I had people from all over that needed to get to where they were staying in the early hours and nothing was too much trouble. So thank you for looking after us all and getting us to our beds safely. The app is great and I have since downloaded it.

Great customer service, go above and beyond their duties to serve the community. Lovely and friendly drivers.

Best taxi company in Medway, I use them multiple times for work purposes and they are always on time, taxis are always clean and drivers are all friendly. I have never had an issue with them not turning up. If you’re looking for a cab company in Medway I highly recommended them.

Charlotte was nice manner speaking on fone very help sent driver straight to me after working 36 HR shift at buckmore park couldn't thought her or driver very good service at 1145pm on Saturday night

I have used this taxi company many times the drivers are very helpful and friendly and the service has been amazing every time.
