I had an appointment with Amber today for my first laser hair removal. When I arrived Amber was waiting ready to greet me and was very welcoming. She talked me through the process and put me at ease as I was a little bit nervous. Amber was highly professional throughout and it was lovely to be treated by someone who has so much knowledge and passion for their job. I would really recommend her and will be returning for sure!

Heather was amazing! So attentive, kind and had so much knowledge about what I needed and her treatments. Such a cute treatment room too! I had an ice globe facial, back scrub and massage with scalp massage and a sound healing treatment. I felt so relaxed afterwards. I throughly recommend to treat yourself here with Heather.

I treated myself to the indulgence package which included facial, back massage and foot scrub. I highly recommend having treatments with Maritza, she was fantastic and I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I will definitely book again. Very professional and clean salon with competitive prices. All staff are welcoming and friendly too.

I love the salon, this was my second time coming and I previously had a different lady who did my eyebrows so I was hoping to see her again but was informed she was off. However, Maddy was great, she did exactly what I wanted with my eyebrows, and I just loved the service, chit chat and general experience. I live in London so I am not frequently visiting Ipswich but I would always come back to this salon and maybe try some other treatments too. Thank you so much Maddy - If you see this I love my brows ;).

I had an outstanding experience today at Lift Beauty Clinic with technician Maddie. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. Maddie is an exceptional professional—knowledgeable, attentive, and truly passionate about her work. She took the time to explain each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The results exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for top-tier service and a caring, skilled technician, I highly recommend booking with Maddie. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Indeed an outstanding practice. I have never felt so welcomed, accepted, and respected as a trans woman. It has taken me years to gather the courage to seek help, but it has been effortless with Purity. They take the anxiety away. From my first consultation last year to being a regular now. I regret not going sooner! They make sure to go the extra mile. They are a great team who should feel very proud of their work. Special shout out to Suzanne, who has been a great support to me throughout this year. You’ve really helped improve my life. It may be cosmetic, but it’s deeper than that!

I had a great massage by Michelle, who was really professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was tailored to my needs and helped with my aches and pains. The rooms and reception are calming and relaxing and all the staff are very friendly. I've only been a couple of times, but i plan to make it a more regular thing for a bit of pamper time for myself. Keep up the great work! Money well spent.

Lovely salon with really friendly staff. Beautifully decorated, clean and welcoming environment. Suzanne always makes me feel really welcome and listens to my needs when it comes to my back neck & shoulder massage. Would definitely recommend!
