PREMIER INN IPSWICH TOWN CENTRE (QUAYSIDE) HOTEL REVIEWS
Stayed here overnight with my partner. Really comfortable bed, nice and clean space. Good breakfast. Great location and just a 10 min drive from the event we were attending. Had to check in ourselves using a machine as there were no staff around. Half way through a staff member came over and asked if we were happy checking ourselves in. We’d not really had a choice by that point and was already half way through the process. Just a minor thing. Overall really good.
This was my first time staying at a premier inn and I was really impressed with how comfortable the bed was to sleep in and how very friendly the staff were. The cooked breakfast I had was absolutely amazing and I would definitely love to return to this amazing place !
We were made to feel welcome from the minute we walked in as a group whilst attending the Suffolk show. the young person on the reception desk was exceptional as were the 'greeters' in the restaurant. The rooms were spotless and nothing was too much trouble, thank you.

PENTAHOTEL IPSWICH REVIEWS
Had a great 2 day stay here. Nice vibe as you enter the hotel. Staff were super friendly and efficient despite being rushed off their feet due to being fully booked. It was the quietist hotel I’ve stayed in for ages. Good selection of evening meals - I recommend the grilled Sea Bass perfect! I enjoyed the buffet breakfast too. Don’t bother with the hotel car park though it’s tiny just head to the pay and display across the bridge there’s plenty of spaces. I would definitely stay here again.
Lovely hotel, very clean and inviting, parked with no issue at all. Staff all very helpful and pleasant, beds and pillows are lovely and comfy. Breakfast was great and plenty of everything. Nice to sit in lounge/bar area and have a drink. I would 100% recommend Penta Hotels.
Nice and modern hotel, helpful people at the reception. Located near the train station, far from town centre. Not enough parking spaces at the front and this is NOT free. The overflow car park is too far. Rooms are clean but quite pricey. Avoid ground floor, you may hear loud people passing by.

MUTHU BELSTEAD BROOK HOTEL REVIEWS
We had a lovely evening at the Murder mystery dinner. The food was good and so were the actors. Belstead Brook was a good venue for the event because the decor was in keeping with the 1920's &30's theme, and it is in a good location. We enjoyed ourselves and we would recommend it to others.
Eclectic entrance foyer & reception. Staff efficient & professional but not personable. Rooms a generous size & beds comfortable. The restaurant is a complete contrast to the reception. Traditional wooden panels & open fireplace. Attentive service but not overly so. Not an enormous menu but enough variety and presented beautifully.
What a lovely experience. The staff are all so helpful, polite and courteous. We had a 'Ladies who lunch' get together and selected the Pensioners set meal. 2 courses £16.95...excellent value. The food well presented and best if all, very tasty. Well done the team...we will return!.
