The best place for waxing and facials! I have very thick hair and they are the only place that I get such a clean finish with my wax and the prices are very reasonable! I also have dry akin with blackheads and they left me with smooth glowy skin! Such good quality service really polite staff and amazing products! Have recommended and would recommend to anyone thinking of going!

I am quite pleased with the services they provide. The atmosphere is calming and the staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Taz is great. She is the one who I feel really comfortable with. Of course others are amazing too. I am just the kind of person who doesn't feel comfortable with changing.

Amazing team, very welcoming and friendly. Great service, very efficient and calmed any nerves i had as a first time wax experience. So accommodating to dates/times, would 100% recommend to friends & family!

I love my eyebrows! Sunita worked her magic and has given me amazing brows. Every mirror I come across I'm admiring my brows. Sunita listened, talked through every step of the process and continued to put me at ease, she spent her time to ensure they were perfect. Never felt rushed and answered all my questions I had. Highly recommend Sunita.

I moved to Leicester a year ago and have not trusted anyone else with my brows since! Sunita is such a lovely lady always making her clients feel comfortable and adapting to their needs. Her precision and care when completing the treatment is the reason i always go back. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for beauty treatments.

Had my eyebrows done by the lovely Sunita today and she did them absolutely perfectly! I was obsessed and couldn’t stop looking at them after. I told her the brief and she nailed them. Such a sweet soul too and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole thing! I will definitely come back to Sunita - Best beautician i’ve been to in Leicester!!

Had a facial treatment with Hannah which was the most relaxing and lovely one I’ve ever had considering I’ve had some in very expensive high end establishments this was by far superior. Cannot recommend highly enough. Then had a lovely pedicure with molly making my feet lovely and soft with very pretty nails. Both very professional and competent therapists with such attention to detail and knowledgeable on what they were doing. Can’t wait to go back for more. I’ve certainly found my new salon.

I recently booked to have anti wrinkle injections with Hannah - she was amazing! I'm so happy with my treatment and the results. Hannah is so professional and friendly, her after care and customer service was impeccable! I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my beauty treatments! I visit Jess every month for my gel manicure, she's a perfectionist and really looks after you! Would highly recommend for any beauty service or aesthetic treatment.

I booked The Beauty Haven for a manicure and pedicure. Hannah did my manicure whilst Molly did my pedicure at the same time. Hannah was as professional as always as was Molly. I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment and was very happy with the quality of both Molly’s and Hannah’s work. Would definitely recommend.
