A decent enough place to stay, not much more or less than you'd expect from a B&B. It's clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast does its job. The Wi-fi works well, and you get what you usually expect in the rooms - TV, sink, kettle with all the drink making stuff. Good value and worth consideration if you need somewhere to stay for the night.

My second stay at this lovely B&B. Julie is so welcoming. We had breakfast in the tearoom on 3 of the mornings we where there. We also had lunch in the tearoom on our first day there. It's so convenient for visiting North Yorkshire. It's lovely and quiet there. Only 3 rooms so it's not too big. I will definitely be staying there again on my next visit to the North East.

We were walking the Cleveland Way, and this was our first experience staying at a B and B that was off the path. Our host Stuart was charming and efficient; he picked us up at a pre-arranged spot, drove us to the B and B, then later drove us to a local pub so we could get dinner, and the next morning drove us to our starting spot on the Cleveland Way. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was topnotch. We felt very much at home.
