Cannot recommend this place enough! I booked online through Fresha with “any stylist” for a cut, as one was well overdue, and was serviced by Jodi, omg I left feeling like a new woman. She listened and asked questions to get my thoughts during the consultation, making sure she fully understood what I wanted out of it before even touching my hair. She provided an incredible service and made the whole process so relaxed and she is so warm and friendly that I honestly cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you so much.

Such a great salon with a calming and fun atmosphere. All the stylists are easy to get along with and listen to your needs/ wants and give an experienced opinion. Jolie is an superb colourist who takes pride in ensuring my hairs healthy even when bleached. Always leave the salon feeling 100%. All the stylists are highly experienced, I highly recommend the copper house.

Had my hair cut by Karen who did a fantastic job and was very knowledgeable - it was nice to get a proper haircut and have someone take the time to discuss what I wanted. The place itself has some nice interesting decor and benefits from its Baker Street location. The online appointments feature on their website is also very useful.

I enjoy going here to get my hair cut it is a good price and the staff are lovely. I know the ladies are training but l have no complaints l would recommend them to anybody. Still going to the academy to get my hair cut the price has increased slightly but still a reasonable price, the staff are still lovely even thought they are different from year to year would still recommend the academy to anybody.

First time in the salon on Thursday and I will definitely be returning! I had my hair cut and styled by Alicia and it looks fabulous, exactly what I wanted. The salon had a nice atmosphere and everyone was very friendly. Overall great experience and very professional job, thanks for the confidence boost!

First time in a salon, lovely experience with such a relaxed atmosphere. I got exactly what I wanted and appreciated the fact I was listened to, given fantastic advice on what sort of cut would suit me and make my hair more manageable. Amazing service all round!

A very nervous customer using salon for first time, immediately put at ease by smiling, friendly, knowledgeable staff. My hair was a complete mess and yet I came out a new woman. Sam listened to what I wanted, advised on best way to obtain it, and an hour later she had worked her magic, my hair was once again nourished and styled.
