TOWER REVIEWS

This is a little slice of heaven. Tucked away in the quiet outskirts of Mold, if you need to relax, this is the place. It's a gorgeous old building with loads of character. Although the room we stayed in had a sixteen feet high ceiling, it still felt old and cosy. The owners are lovely. They made us feel very welcome and were happy to point out places we may like to see. We will definitely be going back.

I've stayed here twice and enjoyed both stays. The hosts are lovely and very accommodating - always trying to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The room I stayed in had very high ceilings and had the character of 'a castle from the olden days'.

A fantastic place to stay over 400 years of family history ,lovely peaceful atmosphere, amazing and a beautiful view of the countryside all for just £100 per night.

PENTRE CERRIG COUNTRY HOUSE REVIEWS

I spent two nights at this lovely house with beautiful gardens. The hosts, Charmaine, Ted and Becky, were very welcoming and made sure that everything was just right. The room was comfortable and warm, the breakfast was great, and the surrounding countryside perfect for walking. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hosts Charmian and Becky were so friendly and welcoming. Beautiful setting and large comfortable, very clean rooms with fantastic views. Local pub walkable from the property serving fantastic food. We had a lovely stay and finished with a great breakfast, would definitely recommend.

I was lucky enough to stay here over the weekend. To sum up the stay... Prefect! The views are breathtaking, staff amazing, room prefect and breakfast to feed a king! It's a little piece of heaven.

HAFAN DEG REVIEWS

Dominic and Sandrine let us stay here with our two greyhounds at short notice. The room was large and clean but it didn’t feel like we shouldn’t be there with our dogs. The towels were nice and soft too, which in my experience, is a rarity these days. It was very welcoming. There was also direct access from our room to a small garden area to let the dogs out, which as anyone who has dogs would know, is very useful. Nothing was too much trouble for Dominic, who was kind enough to book us a table at the local dog friendly pub (Druid inn). The Continental Breakfast was lovely. I would highly recommend a stay here, whether you have dogs or not.

This place was an absolute paradise, a total unexpected little gem amidst beautiful gardens and forests. The breakfast was the best we have had in a very long time, our kids and puppy were gloriously happy, we would have stayed a week if we could! Thank you for allowing us to experience this beautiful corner of the world.

Off the beaten path, but such a lovely place to stay. The room was huge, breakfast was delicious and filling. Will definitely come back the next time I am in Wales!
