My daughter bought me an on course lesson for my birthday. After looking through the list of courses and golf pro's a friend recommended Steve Priest at Northop golf club. Steve is a very knowledgeable guy and soon spotted the faults in my game. After 2hrs he had me fine tuned and looking forward to working on the tips he has gave me. I would highly recommend Steve, a really nice bloke and very helpful. And to top it off the course was in great condition.

As captain of Ashton on Mersey golf club we had the pleasure of having our captain and president away day here. Great golf course friendly staff excellent food especially bacon barm. Will definitely visit again.

Excellent played lady's captains day there today well done miss captain micheala a really good day course is in top condition.

My home club. Long course, but pretty fair and very little local knowledge needed as it plays as you see it. Very friendly staff and members. It is usually in decent condition this time of year but can get a bit wet in places. What I like is that you can go for a game and use every club in your bag, rather than just driver, wedge and putter like a few other courses in the area.

As a member a clays was nice to play a new course I had not played before...the course was in great condition and quite challenging....the clubhouse was great with a good range of food on offer at good prices with nice friendly staff ....the steak pie and chips was a huge portion would highly recommend trying this course.

Hidden gem - wonderful golf course. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice wide fairways and ball running true on the greens. Thoroughly would recommend trying this course.

Nice course, quite hilly, a few temporary greens were on but that was understandable due to recent snow and rain. Breakfast was good, the pro shop had a few bargains and the pro himself was very helpful. The club captain introduced himself to our society and welcomed us to the club. We will definitely return.

Attended a wake there. Very nice place. Lovely setting area Outside seating area was clean and very tranquil. Would highly recommend. Also good parking area.

What a lovely venue to hold functions in, like the event I attempted today with the Flintshire Tourism Association on Environmental Sustainability. Wonderful staff and food a welcome bonus.
