“Selden Bed & Breakfast offers double, twin, and family rooms, all with en-suite showers and WCs. The rooms are easily accessible on the ground floor, each with its own front door. All accommodations feature super king-size beds (6 wide) or twin beds (3). The en-suite facilities include a large thermostatic shower, WC, and washbasin. Each guest room has a lovely fresh 'English Country' feel, with oak floors, luxury carpets, pale walls, cream Egyptian cotton bedding, fluffy duvets, and traditional furniture. Breakfast is included in all rooms and is served in the farmhouse annexe, where guests can enjoy a delicious Full English breakfast, along with yoghurts, fresh fruit, cereals, muesli, toast, and preserves. Beverages include fruit juice, tea, and fresh coffee.

Cannot fault at all. This place is amazing. It's quaint, huge family suite with excellent value and absolutely perfect. We've travelled and stayed in 0 star hostels and 7 star hotels in Dubai and this is one of the best value places in the world we've ever stayed. This is now our go to place to stay in west Sussex. Absolutely love it.

Really friendly welcome to a beautiful room which was just what we needed. Slept well and shower was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and served in a comfy environment with a great atmosphere - compliments to the chef and hostess. Absolutely no complaints and would happily plan to stay here again. Thanks.

A fabulous place to stay. The accommodation is very well appointed and comfortable and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Many thanks particularly to Ally and Andy at breakfast. Delicious meals and lovely company! We'll definitely be back!

We stayed at the guest house last week for work. Mark was incredibly welcoming and always went the extra mile. The rooms were immaculately clean and well provisioned with everything that you could ask for. Little shampoos and shower gels, plenty of towels, a kettle with tea coffee and biscuits, and even bottles of water. Delicious breakfasts...fresh fruit, continental breakfast and Irish breakfast amazing! Mark gave us a lift to the station with luggage. We had a great stay, and I couldn’t recommend the Merton Guest House enough.

I stayed here for a weekend visiting family, with my mum and partner. And honestly it was perfect. Perfect location not too far from the station, rooms were spotless, first time I've ever been to a BnB or hotel that gives me a pot for tea in my room! Straight up 10/10 just for that. Mark was so friendly and welcoming and cooked the best full English breakfast each day.

I stayed for one night. Friendly and welcoming host/owner, Mark. The room was large, comfortable and clean with generous tea/coffee/biscuits in the room. The bathroom was by far the cleanest one I've ever experienced! Not a hint of mould anywhere. The breakfast was great too! Highly recommendable!

Carol & Steve are the perfect hosts and could not do anymore to make our stay more welcoming. The room was spotless and the breakfasts was also excellent with plenty of choice on offer. We would highly recommend The Camelot to anyone wanting accommodation within walking distance to seafront and local shops!

Carol and Steve are the perfect hosts. Room was nicely decorated and very clean with plenty of tea/coffee supplies. Breakfast was excellent with with fruit, cereal and a fried brekkie with quality ingredients. Good Location as well for town centre and Pier.

The couple owning this place are the most nice on earth and around. Each room has a Teddy or two, you never feel alone there. The breakfast is made on your demand and you will not starve! Thank you for this moment!
