After spending an age trying to find an E bike for my wife who needs one for holidays but really dislikes bikes and is amazingly difficult to buy for. We wandered in here merely because we were passing. An unassuming place that seemed to be filled with second hand bikes do didn't hold out much hope. Within 5 minutes of entering my wife was out on an e bike test riding it along the transpennine trail. As a result of the great unpushy service and helpful approach we bought a brand new Oxygen bike from them. I have no idea if the bike is any good but my wife is thrilled with it. I'd rather my money be sat with these people than a national chain. Good service, freindly helpful attitude and a lot of money handed over without feeling I'd been ripped off.

Great service. I brought in a used bicycle with gear-shifting issues, and was greeted warmly by the staff. They conducted a thorough inspection, provided advice on the identified issues, and within days, my bike was transformed into a joy to ride. The pricing was very fair. Highly recommend this shop for their expertise and friendly atmosphere!

Excellent knowledge, advice and service. Called in for advice, problem was solved and I learned more than from a dozen YouTube videos or from other larger companies. Real knowledge from honest folk. 100% recommend for all cycling needs. Definitely call here before buying elsewhere. Thanks.

One of the best bike shops to take you're bike to for any repairs, my bike needed a service and some minor repairs, i ended up adding some new handle bars to it as well and the performance of my bike now is unbelievable I am so glad I took it to this shop there a good set of lads with years of knowledge and I will be using this shop in the near future.

Top class service. They persevered with a difficult ebike problem and got it solved, and kept me informed. Plus added value service with extras I asked for. Really great service; thankyou Rich and the team.

Took my bike in for a service and they didn’t disappoint, very professional knowledgeable & friendly, I’ll definitely be going back.

Visited the Barnsley store and was very impressed with the service received from Shane, not only was he knowledgeable and provided lots of advice which ultimately lead me to my purchase, but i really did feel that nothing was too much trouble and i could take as long as i wanted. Good facilities too to be able to test ride the bikes. Ordered the bike which came on time and again when i picked it up Shane made sure i was 100% happy with everything and again i had a test ride to make sure set up was correct. Fantastic service and a great bike. Thanks again to Shane.

We visited the Barnsley store which is very well stocked and set up. Paul and Robin were so helpful in getting us set up with a new bike and all the extras required. We can’t fault the service and would definitely recommend them, thank you to both of you.

Visited the Barnsley Store as I was unsure about my bike's set up as I ordered it online for home delivery. Shane and Robin were very helpful and knowledgeable. We will go to them from now on with any of our bike's needs.
