I came in to try and get a pair of ladies cycle trousers as there's always a good selection of ladies bike clothing here, with a good range of sizes. ( Unlike a lot of bike shops) Angela was very helpful with her suggestions and about trying on. However nothing fitted! I mentioned this to Wilf when I went with Batesy downstairs and he immediately started looking on the website to get exactly the type I wanted. I ordered 2 pairs of Madison in different sizes. When they came in the larger size fitted perfectly! Excellent customer service from Angela and Wilf and the rest of the team. Thank you all.

Been visiting the shop for many years and all staff are excellent in giving advice and customer service. Antony is always a great help in buying products and new bikes with all the new technology that is coming out and very helpful advice . Could nit ask for more of a bike shop.

I would like to thank the lads for your help and delivery of my ebike the marlin +6 had a slight problem today and it got sorted promptly thank you very much sam and anthony 10 out of 10 .

I have used Ramsbottom Cucles service several times and every time I was more then happy! Carl is amazing specialist!!! I have tried many services so far and only Carl properly looks after my bike! 100% recommend! The adjustment was done to perfection same as any other fixes I asked Carl to help me with.

Called in last week for a new rear cassette fitting on my mtb. Service was professional and job completed the following day. All done at a reasonable price with a quick turnaround. Would definitely recommend.

I use them for all my bike issues. Very happy with them.

Great place, free parking for customers. Store is huge with lots of product choice, place is well laid out and staff are very helpful.

Good sales,plenty of stock, pleasant staff and not too busy today so could have a look round easily.

Great selection of products, love how many tents they have on display upstairs.
