TOP 3 PETS AT HOME BURY REVIEWS

We went to pets at home bury today for a few bits for our new puppy and one of the staff members Lucas was extremely helpful to us and very welcoming! We were so impressed that we asked to speak to a manager to tell him what a great job he was doing! Will definitely be picking this pets at home over other ones we have been to where the staff do not even approach you! Thankyou for everything!

As always staff were very friendly and helpful. I wanted a 15kg bag or Ava dog food, which I would struggle to lift. I asked a young man employee for help. He not only carried the bag to the till, but out to my car boot, and was very pleasant at all times. He is an asset to the store.

Excellent service special praise for Jess who was brilliant with my nephew in getting him started with his mini aquarium. Her demeanour with him was outstanding and he is delighted with his new pet fish.

We took our 7 month old big labrador for a headcollar as he pulls and lunges on the lead. We were served by Jenna, who was very helpful and knowledgeable, and she fitted the headcollar. Our big labrador is so much easier to walk and we are very happy. We would definitely recommend this shop.

My guinea pigs were cared for by hills for 10 days boarding. They are looking very well cared for so would recommend this to others. Thank you for looking after them.

Great friendly staff,we have sent our parrot a couple of times now and she always comes back really happy and well looked after.

A quaint pet supplies shop who have a good selection of both dog & cat food and natural treats for dogs, for example, antlers, sausages, pigs ears & snouts, chicken feet etc. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I have been many times and will definitely continue my custom with them.

Amazing service from The Country Pet Shop. So much choice and very generous with treats for pup. Love our new harness & lead, sure we will be returning in the future.

Lots of animal cadavers, perhaps not safe for human consumption though. I showed my cat the donkeys outside before I gave him in to the cattery.
