Me and my brother we talk our bicycles there on a Saturday. The people in the shop are extremely polite and professional. They had our bikes done and that's the only place I'll be taking my bikes from now on. Also their prices are extremely reasonable. I recently visited Primo Cycles at the Grand Arcade and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by a friendly and knowledgeable team. I had a minor issue with my gears whilst I was visiting the city, and within an hour they had it resolved swiftly and efficiently.

Took my bike in for an emergency repair. The team sorted it out in a morning. Polite, friendly and good value for money. Thank you.

I'm not a customer, but they very kindly rescued my distressed 12 year old with a new inner tube when he asked for help having suffered a puncture half way into town for a choir rehearsal, even though he had no means of paying. When I pitched up a few days later to settle the bill they refused payment saying it was done out of good will. Very kind and much appreciated.

Brought my new Defy to this store for its initial free health check after buying direct from the Giant website. Ben and Rob did an amazing job correcting a few things and had the bike running perfectly notwithstanding that I hadn't bought it through their store. Very grateful and would definitely recommend. Intend to return for future services.

The first time I came to this store, I had creaking sounds all over my second-hand Giant bike. Ben, the mechanic, said there was dirt inside the assembly that holds the handlebars, and an issue with the ball bearings on the pedals. He estimated it might cost "around £80 to fix" including parts. He fixed it all, without using a single part, and charged £30. The bicycle ran like a dream after that. Unfortunately, it was then stolen. I bought another second-hand bike and the brakes were not working well at all. I brought it in, and Ben said that although he was fully booked for two weeks ahead, he would take a look. He said it needed new brake pads, but by giving a screw a tweak, managed to get them working "for the time being", and refused to take any money for doing this. I cannot recommend him and his store more highly. - David C Reply
