We received a fantastic service from Jake helping us choose our wedding bands. He was very knowledgeable and allowed us to take our time, answered all our questions, compare lots of options and even advised on some repairs to an engagement ring. Shift manager Jake and a colleague Mischa were also very helpful and took care of processing our order. Thanks team! It was a great experience for us.

I recently visited H. Samuel to have my watch adjusted and was very impressed by the service provided by their assistant manager Sam. From the moment I walked in he was very welcoming and attentive. His knowledge about watches was really great and he skilfully assessed my watch and adjusted it perfectly to fit my wrist. For anyone in need of watch adjustments or seeking a knowledgeable and caring professional, I would recommend going to this store.

Fantastic friendly service from the moment I arrived in store. Zoe was able to help me straight away and get my watch adjusted there and then very quickly!

I had to change a bracelet for a smaller size. I phoned the store to check one was in stock. The assistant was very helpful and had a lovely phone manner. On arriving in store I was greeted with a smile and served straight away. The staff were very friendly and offered good advice. It was a pleasure to shop there.

My daughter bought me a bracelet which was too big. Went to exchange unfortunately the receipt was two days out ! The young lady was so helpful so polite exchanged it no problem. Thankyou such polite helpful ladies

Excellent customer service. No rushing or pressure to buy. Very helpful and friendly assistants and really pleased with my purchases.

This was my second time shopping at Fraser Hart in Cambridge and once again, it was a great experience. I was helped by Sarah today. she was friendly, professional, and really knowledgeable. Made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Came in to the store 30 minutes before closing time to have a look at some rings, was seen by Caitlyn who was amazing with us. Took her time to explain the rings to us and allow us to try on a few different ones to see what we preferred. In the end my girlfriend actually changed her mind and we were issued a refund very quickly and without issue. Caitlyn again was amazing for us and we will definitely be back in the future.
