We hired two bikes from here for the day. My partner had an ordinary hybrid style bike and I had the ladies electric bike. They do have gent’s electric bikes. Both bikes were clean and well maintained and the owner of the shop was very helpful. The electric bike was superb. I have severe asthma and am unable to ride an ordinary bike but the electric bike means we can go for a decent ride and get out into the countryside. This one was a particularly good one. So good, I didn’t want to give it back! If we had had the time on our holiday to do a second day cycling we would have done so, hiring the bikes from here again. They are flexible and go out of their way to provide a service, even delivering bikes to a near-by caravan site for a small extra charge.

Thankful for Hamish’s help and was so impressed wanted to write feedback and share. His customer service was excellent. I was concerned about my bike and he checked it out when we dropped in ahead of a cycle ride in the Newton Stewart area. He sorted my bike, sourced a 2nd hand mudguard and was generally super helpful. We also purchased a saddle and two helmets all reasonably priced and great quality. A golden nugget of a find. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

On holiday in the local area. Managed to mangel my chain and the associated mess that created with my gearing. Brilliant no fuss service, professional and efficient. Would absolutely 100% recommend.

These guys are great. They were so helpful. They have just gone me out of a mess and we’re able to supply a bearing cage for my headset that I was giving up hope of getting anytime soon due to unprecedented demand for cycles/spares. The gent that served me was very patient and understanding and offered real useful advice. They were so low priced as well. This store will get custom in future.

I delivered my e-bike for service and even though they had a lot of work it was not just delivered quickly but especially the bike received a very good service. Moreover, when delivering the bicycle, I was given a very thorough and friendly feedback. I will certainly return here if/when I need further services.

Absolutely first-class service. Very obliging, knowledgeable, Would highly recommend.

Phoned for advice, regarding a rather urgent repair. They were able to see me the same morning ( there was a spare appointment, first thing ). So helpful and accommodating.
