Would highly recommend, friendly and knowledgeable service and a nice variety of shoes, trainers and pumps for children. Thanks for accommodating us without an appointment for feet measuring service and we left with a very nice pair of velcro Gola trainers perfect for summer. Excellent and clear covid measures in place.

An amazing shop was in today getting my son shoes he is so happy and comfortable in them. he didn't take them off the rest of the day and has showed them to anyone that would look Thank you so much for a great service and for comfortable shoes for Thomas.

Superb shop. What a wonderful range of shoes! The ladies were so friendly and took such care to make sure the shoes fit. We shall certainly be back!

What an incredible experience. Took my mum into get a special pair of shoes that would allow plastic inserts to be added. Karen and team spent over an hour and tried countless shoes until they found the perfect pair. I can’t express how grateful I am for their diligence and perseverance to meet my mums needs, truly exceptional customer service.

I adore Ruby Shoo shoes and I’ve been so lucky to get 4 pairs in the sale- the first 2 I was home in Scotland- the second 2 were purchased from Australia and mum collected them. Impeccable service both times - quick replies to my queries on Facebook and awesome staff at the other end of the phone! Thank you everyone at The Shoe Shop!

Took the kids in to get measured and see about shoes for school, I was a little apprehensive as to what it would be like post-lockdown with staff trying to distance - we were helped by Erin - she couldn't have done more to help us and ensure the kids shoes fitted?She had mask and visor on, but was helpful and measured the kids and helped find good fitting shoes trying a few pairs as required.

Great customer service. I went in to get my child's feet measured for her first pair of shoes and we tried a few different pairs on until we got the fit we were happy with and were sure she could walk comfortably in them. Very happy with them. Thanks again. Recommend clarks to any parent buying their child's shoes.

Lovely airy shop, staff were great, made my grandson very at ease.. Will certainly be back, the manager Tracey qas very helpful and great with my grandson.
