Very knowledgeable and helpful both on the phone & in person. I had a few questions about brakes & rotors, the guys at Evolution Cycles answered all my questions openly & put a great package together at really good price. They also did a great job if fitting the new brakes & rotors. I was really impressed too by the quality of parts they have available.... some real top notch bike candy! Great first time experience using evolution cycles. Nice touch with the seat post calculator(brilliant)really helped. Would recommend evolution cycles and will use again if needed. Seat post one up v2 came highly recommended, not yet tried but looking forward to my first ride out.

Great pricing on products, good range and overall a really straightforward experience. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly when I called to check on despatch time and contents of package. Arrived by overnight courier. Couldn't be happier. Well done people, have a pat on the back.

starstarstarstarstar 13 Oct 2024 My ebike changed my life. Got it from Guy back in 2020-21, use it most days basically for anything I would need a car for within 10-15 miles. Guy looked after any niggles and regular annual service. Then….. early this year I needed him and horror could find him. Thought I’d lost him for ever, but delighted he’s back in business. Guy has given my bike the once over, sorted out minor issues and it is now running smoothly again. Phew… and he even brought it back to my home. Great job. Thank you Guy. - Mary H
