Absolute 5 star customer service. I was not happy with my choice of ring for my wedding, which was purchased a few months before my attempt of return. Kerri from the Eastbourne branch was more than understanding of the issue with comfort and blemishes, and whilst Kerri could have turned down my ‘swap’ request, she couldn’t have been more accommodating. I now have a new ring, better suited for myself with absolutely no negative comments to say. Kerri is a 5 star woman, working in a 5 star store. Thank you! Aaron

Visited H.Samuel at Eastbourne recently and have to say what a pleasant experience it was, clean and well set out displays, helpful staff who knew their products very well, being bit of a watch freak I had most of the stock stock out, even though I told the assistant I was probably not going to buy that day,she still explained each watch well. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Wonderful service as usual from the lovely ladies in the Eastbourne branch. I got exactly what I wanted and it was on offer. Smooth transaction and always nice to have a chat while you’re shopping. Highly recommend.

Very busy time of year, but despite the short wait in a queue to be served, the staff were all friendly, attentive and made the whole "Xmas shopping" experience a pleasure! Highly recommended a visit to Pandora Eastbourne.

I was served by Jake today and the customer service was excellent. Went in again today and I was served by Jake, fantastic customer service, very patient, always friendly. Lovely employee. 5 Stars every time from me!.

Lovely store with very polite and welcoming staff. They are always happy to help. Have purchased items before from here and I have always been very happy.

We enjoyed a friendly professional service from both Tanyol and his colleague; knowledgeable, courteous and listened to our requirements. Tanyol offered a complimentary clean for my engagement & eternity rings before the 'big day' and I was completely delighted with the result, both rings had been cleaned and polished and looked as new. It's a real asset to Eastbourne to have a such a quality, independent jeweller on our high street. Highly recommended.
