All the guys in the shop are friendly and very helpful.. Really fast and and great value for money, been times I have taken my bike in and they have done it on the spot without charge. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone, top service!.

A very good business that specialises in all sorts of stuff relating to bikes. The staff here are really friendly and helpful. I had some questions regarding bicycle lighting and other accessories and they helped me out super fast.

A few days ago one of the guys was a life saver for me. Patient and not after a cheap buck, he was willing to explain things so that I could do some of the work myself. Thanks again!.

LEISURE LAKES BIKES NEWPORT REVIEWS

Bought a new whyte mountain bike from Leisure Lakes after seeing a really good deal on their website. I was a little apprehensive as I had never used this shop before but I was extremely pleased with my purchase and the service provided by leisure lakes in Newport. The guys in the shop set the bike up perfectly and spent time with me in store going through new features (my old bike was 2014 model so things had moved on...dropper posts and thru axel etc.) Very happy customer and the bike is an insanely good upgrade from my old model.

I picked up a new full suspension ebike on Saturday morning. The manager went through everything on the bike and set it up. The staff were friendly and patient and gave lots of good advice. I'd definitely use the shop again and would highly recommend it. Thanks for the great service.

Excellent business, plenty of choices & brilliant customer service support. A special thanks to Anna Marie with her outstanding approach & care. Will come back again soon. All the best meantime!

Stumbled across Roam on instagram and messaged James as the shop was literally brand new and had just opened. I love the personal touch opposed to the larger chain shops, James is a great guy and knowledgeable! Highly recommend he serviced my road bike and it came back from him like new…thanks mate.

Top class servicing from James at Roam Bikes. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Our club has used James to host maintenance events which were superb. Many of us learned a great deal from these.... James is a really friendly and helpful chap and I would thoroughly recommend him.

I had fantastic service from James earlier in the week. I just wanted my gears reindexed, but he gave my bike a complete once-over, made a few tweaks, and cleaned it for me. I’d strongly recommend Roam Bikes to anyone. I’ll be taking my bike there from now on. Nice one, James!
