Great couple of hours out, good for all ages. They even have a sheet that children can fill out, which encourages children to really engage in the educational side of the trip.

it is a amazing museum, has great historical artifacts (especially given its newport), an amazing addition which improves the library that much more. great for interested kids and even some adults who may not know the most about history.

The museum is upstairs in the library. So much local history on display, dating back to Roman times and beyond. Fascinating to read about local industries and Newport life. With free entry also.

The restoration of the century-old building is simply stunning! It retains its historic charm while providing a modern space for art and events. I love spending time here; it's a perfect blend of the old and the new.

I’ve attended several events at Barnabas Arts House, and each one has been a delightful experience. The creativity center is fantastic, offering a space for collaboration and learning. I can't wait to see what they do next.

An amazing gallery space and welcoming staff, set in the heart of Newport. The space is lovely, but what was most noticeable was how welcoming the gang were on arrival. I attended a print swap there and had a great chance to meet some amazingly talented photographers. I’ve no doubt the gallery is going to go on to do great things, and is destined to be an important hub for the Welsh (and other nationalities!) photography community. Definitely pop in if you can.

Amazing place for people into photography, both film and digital. You can feel the passion seeping out the walls. They've got an excellent dark room too for hire which is why I went in the first place. Justin is very knowledgeable and will be able to help you out with anything film! Can't rate it highly enough.

Wonderful place that have recently undergone a big transformation, the cosy darkroom is a perfect spot to develop your rolls or to print, all equipped with the necessities! On top of that the place is a perfect platform to come and reflect on photography and have a chatter with the guys.
