I bought a lovely pair of pink Ruby Shoo shoes and matching bag in your Cwmbran Shop back in August. I thought you may like to see me wearing them at my neices wedding. Your staff were so lovely and very helpful, ordering in my size and getting the matching bag. I love this shop! It's a family run store, when I was a little girlit was my first pair of school shoes, my first pair of heels and my first pair of patent leather courts. In my 20s they had amazing heels and now in my 50s it's comfort. they do have and have always had just about everything.

Fabulous selection of high quality boots and shoes, in styles that are eye catching and have that little something about them. Superb staff who really know their stuff and are dedicated to helping people. Great place.

Bought a pair of Nike Air trainers and knew I could get 10% discount with my sons blue light card but he wasn't with me at the time. You very kindly honoured this for me. You didnt have to but you did. Vert grateful. Saved me another journey with my son. Excellent customer service from the person who served me. Will definitely return. Thank you.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They even noticed a little scuff on the pair I was going to buy that I hadnt even noticed and offered 10% discount. Trainers were also cheaper here than online. Happy customer!

Tyrell was amazing! Went truly above and beyond. We were after specific NB 530 shoes, not only did he do a stock check, try next day but found some in a local store and called ahead to reserve! Thank you.

Staff here are always so friendly and accommodating. Especially one of the managers who works on the shop floor in the shoe department. She has dealt with me and my children a few times and is always really helpful and quick to get what you are asking for.

Got to give 5 stars on this occasion. Called in for some cheap trainers and took less than 10 min to walk out with a pair for £20.00 Staff were helpful and quickly served me, with no long wait to bring out a selection to try.
